Terms and Conditions
Terms:
48-hour Cancellation/Change Policy (parties of five or less): At 48 hours prior to the tour time, the entire reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of reason, including illness or injury.
72-hour Cancellation/Change Policy (parties of six or more): At 72 hours prior to the tour time, the entire reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of reason, including illness or injury.
No Show Policy: Guests who choose not to participate or who do not show up for their reserved seats at the tour check in will be charged full fare for their reserved, but unused seats.
Not Meeting "Conditions" at Check-in Policy: Guests not meeting required Tour Participation Conditions (as described below) at the tour check-in will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be given for the reserved, but unused seats.
Prepayment Policy: Parties of six or more are required to pay for the total amount due to PRA at the time the reservation is made.
Refund Policy (for prepaid reservations): A 90% refund will be given for any changes or cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the tour time. At 72 hours prior to the tour time, the entire reservation is non-refundable regardless of reason, including illness or injury.
Weather Policy: All tours operate rain or shine. Only in the event that PRA determines the weather to be hazardous will tours be cancelled and reservations rescheduled as possible.
Conditions:
Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Participation on all PRA activities:
1. No participant has had injury or surgery to feet, ankles, legs, knees, hips, spine, neck or head within the last 365 days. This includes, but is not limited to: sprains, strains, torn tendons or ligaments, ACL surgery, broken bones and bone or joint replacements.
2. Participants are able to hike at least one to at most four miles carrying a five pound backpack on uneven, wet, slippery terrain and to ascend and descend steep valleys.
3. Participants are able to hear, understand and obey verbal commands given by outdoor adventure guides in English from close proximity to fifty yards away and while in motion.
4. Participants are able to see, understand and mimic non-verbal commands given by outdoor adventure guides from close proximity to fifty yards away and while in motion.
5. Participants agree to convey serious health conditions to guides prior to departing the office check-in location (including, but not limited to: allergies to bees or foods, uncontrolled diabetes or heart conditions).
6. Princeville Ranch Adventures reserves the right to refuse service due to safety and/or health conditions. Tour participation is subject to guide discretion.
7. All tours are "outdoor adventure activities". Weather and terrain conditions are variable and unpredictable.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Participation on the Jungle Valley Adventure:
Conditions numbered 1 through 7 above AND:
8. Participants must be at least five (5) years of age.
9. Participants wishing to ride the zip lines (optional) must weigh at least sixty-five (65) pounds (29.55 Kg) and no more than two-hundred and eighty (280) pounds (127.27 Kg).
10. Participants wishing to ride the zip lines (optional) must not be pregnant.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Participation on the Zip N' Dip Expedition AND the Zip Express:
Conditions numbered 1 through 7 above AND:
11. Participants must be at least twelve (12) years of age.
12. Participants must weigh at least eighty (80) pounds (36.36 Kg) and no more than two hundred eighty (280) pounds (127.27 Kg).
13. Participants must not be pregnant.
14. Participants are physically able to withstand the impact of jumping from the table top of a standard size picnic table to the ground eight times.
15. Participants are aware that this activity involves suspension in the air approximately 150 feet above the ground.
16. Participants must not have a clinical fear of heights.
